A contract between you and Premier Batteries is formed when we receive your order.

 

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Premier Batteries.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and services tax).

Premier Batteries reserve the right to modify prices published on our website at any time.

 

Whilst every effort is made to ensure product images and descriptions as accurate as possible, errors may unintentionally occur.

 

Please Note the online shop is set up for freight for some goods with prices. If your goods are over 6kg and need to be transported out of the inner Sydney Area. You will need to call us for a freight price to be arranged over the phone or via email before goods will be despatched.

 

You will be notified via email or telephone once your order is ready to pick up.  Due to the nature of the manufacturing Industry some items may not be in-stock at the time you place your order, so it is important that you have received confirmation that your order is available for pickup.

 

Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records and also print the payment confirmation email and bring it along for any orders being collected.

 

Premier Batteries will do our best to process and deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched as soon as is possible.

 

All goods and services are supplied on the condition that the Seller shall not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, caused by anything beyond its reasonable control (including industrial disputes) nor for personal injuries or any consequential loss however caused.  The Seller shall not be liable for any third party loss or injury however sustained whether applicable to the original customer or a party sold or given on to.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Premier Batteries does not accept any liability for the goods ordered and/or any loss or damage incurred by any person in relation your order once it has been received by the courier or Australia Post for delivery to you.

 

Premier Batteries only accept returns for refund or exchange on items that are damaged or not working. Once your return is received and inspected, Premier Batteries will send you an email or contact you directly to notify approval or rejection of your return and or a refund / credit. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
